Lyn & Lili’s comes prepared with the cleaning supplies needed for your home or business. If you prefer certain cleaners or need specific products used, just let us know when requesting your quote.
New specialty service
Tobacco residue and nicotine-stained wall cleaning.
Homes that have been smoked in can carry a sticky yellow film across the walls, trim, doors, and other hard surfaces. We wash that visible residue by hand using a three-person crew, practical cleaning tools, fresh rinse water, and plenty of elbow grease.
This is specialty surface cleaning, not full smoke-damage restoration. We do not promise complete odor removal from drywall, carpet, insulation, furniture, or HVAC systems.

Clear terms so scheduling stays simple for everybody.
As the business has grown, we have put the basics in writing so clients and our cleaning team both know what to expect before the appointment.
Deposits on some new or larger jobs
Some first-time, deep-clean, move-in/move-out, or larger appointments may require a 25% deposit to reserve the scheduled time. It is applied to the final balance.
Payment due when the cleaning is finished
Payment is due when the cleaning is finished. We ask that it be submitted within one hour of completion. Balances still unpaid after 24 hours may receive a $15 late fee.
24-hour cancellation notice
With at least 24 hours' notice there is no cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours may be charged 50%, and same-day travel/no-access situations may be charged up to the scheduled amount.
